- Lobsters: freshly caught by traps and scuba driving off the Suffolk and Essex coast between the months of March and November. These can be delivered as caught or cooked and prepared.
- Crabs: freshly caught by using traps and scuba driving around the Suffolk and Essex coast. These are available between the months of March and November. These can be delivered as caught or cooked.
