Felixstowe Seafoods is a family owned businesses delivering fresh fish and shellfish locally, direct to the door. We have been catching and selling fresh lobster and other seafoods for 25 years. Working out of Felixstowe Ferry taking trips out to sea every day weather permitting.
Over the years we have built up a customer base selling our fresh produce to both local restaurants and the public direct. What ever your requirements are we’re happy to help, just contact us via the website or by phone.
We believe in sustainable fishing, and the preservation of the marine ecosystem off the Suffolk and Essex coast. We use small boats, catching only modest quantities of fish and shellfish. We also work within the fishing quotas set out by the Marine Management Organisation MMO.
Our Boats
We currently operate out of three boats each suited for different types of catch and weather conditions.
Salliann
This is a 10 meter trawler surprisingly used for to operate fishing trawls.
Willy Boy
This is our 8 meter potting boat used for dropping and collecting lobster pots.
Black Pearl
Is a 6 meter fast dory, this is used for both netting and potting.
